PROFESSIONAL LEARNING DEVELOPMENT (PLD)
Professional Learning Development (PLD) within the education profession is a commitment by teachers and teaching assistants to further develop their knowledge, skills and abilities throughout their careers.
PLD training can enhance approaches and techniques as well as giving teachers and teaching assistants fresh ideas and strategies to work with.
We advise taking up PLD training at any stage of your career in order to boost your confidence, open up new career opportunities within the profession and update your knowledge within an ever-changing working environment. CPD courses can also be a useful addition to your CV when seeking new job opportunities.
